Construction

I was surprised when, upon turning onto Hwy. 19 to get to the car wash that the left lane was closed. Looks like they're finally putting in a real turn lane to get to Heritage Bank, instead of that one strip of pavement that causes a car to be straddling both ends of 19. Of course as it stands now with the construction, you almost have to hit the old city limits, make a U-turn, and then reach the bank, or you could stop dead in traffic, ease into the left lane as soon as you get to the last barrel, and then turn. Of course this probably hurts the 66 station's business, as it is impossible to come in there northbound, and by the time somebody gets ready to make a U-turn, Jack Rabbit is already in sight.
